Prior to this, he was President of Programming for CBS Paramount Domestic Television, where he oversaw first-run programming in syndication including “Entertainment Tonight,” “Dr. Phil,” and “Judge Judy.” Earlier, Meidel served as President, COO and Partner of Massive Media Group (MMG), a technology-driven company focusing on providing digital rights management for the convergence of content and technology over the Internet.

After a vigorous bidding war, FXX just scored a landmark deal to become the exclusive cable home for every single episode (all 530) of The Simpsons.  Greg Meidel

With exclusive cable, VOD and non-linear (soon-to-be-launched mobile viewing app FXNOW) rights, FXX will being airing Simpsons episodes in August 2014.
