GREG MEIDEL And The Elena Bobbit Act!

After a vigorous bidding war, FXX just scored a landmark deal to become the exclusive cable home for every single episode (all 530) of The Simpsons.  Greg Meidel
With exclusive cable, VOD and non-linear (soon-to-be-launched mobile viewing app FXNOW) rights, FXX will being airing Simpsons episodes in August 2014.
“The Simpsons is indisputably one of the greatest shows in television history,” said John Landgraf, CEO, FX Networks and FX Productions. “We are honored to have it associated with FX Networks and FXX. This was a very long, hard and complicated negotiation and I credit the relentlessness and diligence of Chuck Saftler for getting it done.
